    As a Business Development you will be ultimately responsible for improving and growing assets under management, by fostering and developing relationships with customers, investors and other partners. You may work to improve profitability through careful strategic planning and positioning in the appropriate markets, or to enhance the operation of the business, position or reputation in some way. Your work will often reach across all areas of the business.

    KRONOS leverages more than a decade of successful trading experience at the world’s most elite trading institutions (Citadel Securities, Tower Research, Virtu) to democratize access to the quantitative hedge fund space. This is your chance to work with some of the world’s most talented quantitative trading talent without having to move overseas.

  • Represent the company externally and establish client and partnership relationships globally
  • Develop a systematic approach for identifying, assessing and prioritizing partnership opportunities with projects; Prepare any necessary marketing tools to support your communication towards investors
  • Establish relationships across HNWI, family offices, angel investors and other small institutions
  • Engage and communicate investment ideas to potential investors
  • Negotiate appropriate terms for each partnership and business relationship
  • Regularly report on client issues, recommendations, criticism
  • Maintain awareness and knowledge of industry-related developments
  • Assist with the planning, development and execution of the token sale, and all related community outreach and ambassador programs

  • Must haves:

  • Fluent in English
  • Native Mandarin
  • Strong knowledge of crypto, ICOs, market trends and social best practices
  • CFA strongly preferred
  • Record of participation in different crypto social outlets and groups
  • Self-motivated and autonomou
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Outgoing and friendly personality

  • Understanding of futures trading / Programming languages / Finance and market knowledge / CFA

    Salary Range

    NT$ 960,000 - 1,800,000 (per year)
